J. Thompson Salons operates an internal SMS notification program ("Program") that sends automated text messages to the salon owner when a client intake form is submitted on this website. The sole recipient of these messages is the salon owner. The Program does not send messages to website visitors, prospective clients, or customers.
The salon owner has provided express written consent to receive automated SMS messages from this Program at her designated mobile number. Enrollment in the Program is restricted to the owner and is not available to the general public through this website.
Message frequency is variable and corresponds to the volume of client intake form submissions. There is no fixed cadence. On a typical week, the recipient may receive between zero and ten messages.
Message and data rates may apply. The recipient's mobile carrier determines those rates. J. Thompson Salons is not responsible for any charges incurred in connection with receiving these messages.
The recipient may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, no further messages will be sent under this Program until the recipient re-enrolls.
Replying HELP to any message will return contact information for J. Thompson Salons, including phone number and email address.
The Program operates on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Information collected and used in connection with this Program is described in our SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
J. Thompson Salons reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last revised.
